WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO SUCCEED?
Amongst other things, sorting your mind, shedding off the negativity, and get rid of SELF-DECEPTIONS that will jeopardize your pursuits is prime. The Mentoring program aims to help you do that and stay on course.
HOW DOES THE MENTORING PROGRAM WORK?
You engage in a one-on-one conversation with your coach telephonically, via video conferencing, and in-person (on occasion).
WHAT DO I GET IN THIS PROGRAM?
Honestly, it is a very difficult question to answer! Your Mentor is equipped to give so much and does not hold back anything within his capabilities. You will get what you NEED to succeed, period!

WILL THIS PROGRAM WORK FOR ME?
Look, there are no guarantees but that is a risk you will need to take. But in exceptional cases, the mentor may offer an LAO (Leave At Opportunity). Rest assured, the Mentor is not keen on continuing a mentoring program that isn't working. So, even if you enroll for a Yearly Engagement and aren't making progress there will be opportunities to opt-out

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
ONE-OFF SESSION: No Refunds, you may reschedule twice.
HALF-YEARLY ENGAGEMENT: No refunds except if an LAO is served by the Mentor.
ANNUAL ENGAGEMENT: No refunds except if an LAO is served by the Mentor.
WHAT IS AN LAO?
LEAVE AT OPPORTUNITY (LAO) is an exit offer made by the Mentor if a program is not making progress. It is wholly and solely the discretion of the Mentor and cannot be claimed, under any circumstance, by the Mentee. It is only an option with the Mentor and not a RIGHT or privilege of the Mentee.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
This program strictly binds the Mentor and all associates and the Mentee into a total non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Details of the program or personal information are confidential and will not be disclosed under any circumstance. The program requires total trust and absolute confidentiality for it to succeed.
DO YOU HAVE ANY CLIENT REVIEWS?
Our privacy policy, for this program, does not allow recording or publishing any feedback or review from our earlier Mentees. However, we have a few volunteers who may, on request, share their experience with you individually.
WHO IS A VOLUNTEER?
A volunteer is a successful mentee who may wish to share his or her experience of the program with you. This is support that is extended only at the discretion of the Mentor.
